With over 13 years at Tutor Doctor, Mark Szpak has played a pivotal role in shaping the success of franchisees around the world. In his current position as Vice President of Field Operations, Mark oversees International Operations and Franchise Development, drawing on a wealth of experience gained through roles in training, field support, and leading Tutor Doctor’s operations and franchise development teams. 

Mark has partnered with hundreds of franchisees both in-market and remotely, equipping them with tools, insights, and strategies to drive growth and profitability. Mark is an examiner-level coach where he also focuses on professional development of franchisees and franchise support teams. His deep understanding of the franchise journey— from launch to sustained success—has made him a trusted advisor within the Tutor Doctor network.

Before joining Tutor Doctor, Mark built his career in Adult Education, holding corporate training roles across the telecommunications, supply chain, and healthcare industries. His passion for learning and development continues to fuel his commitment to empowering franchisees and their teams to achieve excellence.
