Lucy McCormack

Lucy McCormack is a highly experienced director within the Bluebird Care network of franchise partners. As one of the youngest directors in the network, today she leads one of its top 12 performing businesses. Based in Chelmsford, Lucy oversees operations across the Mid/West Essex, Redbridge, and Southend regions, and has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company in these areas. 

A family run business, Lucy’s parents initially bought their first franchise with Bluebird Care 15 years ago. Lucy joined the business in 2017 and officially became a franchise partner and director over two years ago.

Lucy’s contributions to the business and the wider care sector have been recognised locally, including accolades such as Businessperson of the Year in Essex.

Widely respected for her hands-on leadership style, her commitment to staff development, and her passion for improving the lives of those in need of care. Lucy’s focus on real people and real care is reflected in her to drive for innovation and excellence at Bluebird Care, making a meaningful impact in the social care sector.
