John Prior

John Prior (JP) has been a driving force in the fitness industry for over 20 years, with the majoirty of those dedicated to the Snap Fitness franchise. Beginning his journey as a Gym Manager, he quickly rose through the ranks to oversee operations for a multi-unit franchise group spanning 10 locations. His leadership, operational expertise, and ability to build high-performing teams established him as a respected figure within the network.

In 2023, JP opened his first Snap Fitness franchise. Within its first year, the club achieved multiple award wins, and JP himself was recently recognised as one of the ‘Top 5 Most Inspiring Leaders’ in the industry.

Building on this success, JP has expanded his impact beyond club operations. He now consults and mentors other gym owners and operators across the UK, supporting them in building profitable, member-centric, and operationally excellent businesses.

With multiple new franchise locations scheduled to open across the UK and Ireland in 2026, JP continues to scale his vision while championing innovation, service excellence, and community-driven fitness experiences.
