Emily, UK CEO, moved from Australia to launch Zambrero in the UK in 2021. Zambrero is Australia’s largest Mexican franchise. Emily has extended the reach of Feel Good Mex across the country opening 13 restaurants, preparing the brand to franchise and rapidly expand. Zambrero is known for its “Feel Good Mex” approach, which includes its Plate 4 Plate initiative, donating a meal to someone in need for every burrito or bowl purchased.
