Damian Bennett

Damian Bennett has over two decades of experience in multi-unit franchising, combining senior financial leadership, franchise operations and network development. He spent 20 years as CFO of a Subway franchisee operating more than 40 restaurants, helping to grow and manage one of the UK’s most established multi-unit businesses.

Alongside this, Damian served as a Subway Development Agent from 2012 to 2024, working with franchisees to expand the brand across his territory. 

Since joining Zambrero in 2025 as Development Agent for Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire, he is leading the brand’s expansion strategy in the region while also becoming a Zambrero Franchise Partner, acquiring and operating two restaurants in Manchester in 2026.

Drawing on experience from both franchisor and franchisee perspectives, Damian brings practical insight into scaling businesses, developing successful franchise networks and the realities of multi-unit ownership.
