Cathryn Hayes

Cathryn Hayes QFP, is Franchise Director at Revive! Auto Innovations, and has 30 years of experience in the franchise sector. Formerly Head of Franchising at HSBC, followed by a short-term role as Head of Business Support at the British Franchise Association (bfa), she joined the Revive! board in 2016.

Cathryn is a well-known voice in the franchise industry, regularly contributing articles to the franchise press and speaking at exhibitions, bfa events, and business conferences.

Revive! Auto Innovations has been franchising for over 20 years in the automotive repair sector, with a network of 55 franchisees and more than 200 vans operating across the UK. 

The company has earned multiple accolades, including Gold Franchisor of the Year at the BFA HSBC Franchisor of the Year awards, winning the Leadership & Culture Award the following year. Revive! have achieved the Workbuzz 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction for five consecutive years and have previously won their Best Management Franchise award.
