Bella Hallam

Bella began her career in care at 18 as a Care Giver and has since built extensive experience in care delivery, management, and business development. Having grown up in the industry, she recognised early on the need for change and made it her mission to champion better support for carers. Since joining Visiting Angels in 2021, Bella has specialised in coaching and developing franchisees, helping grow the network from 7 to over 70 businesses employing 1,300 carers.Her carer-centric leadership has been key to driving both business success and consistent, high-quality care across the UK.
