After 20 years in the wine industry, Barney Davis was ready for a new challenge with purpose, flexibility and the chance to build something of his own. In 2020, he became a Caremark Franchise Owner, launching Caremark Warwick just as the UK entered lockdown.

Despite the uncertain timing, Barney quickly discovered the strength of Caremark’s proven model and the resilience of the care sector. With growing demand for home care, his business has gone from strength to strength. Today, Caremark Warwick delivers hundreds of hours of high-quality care each week across Warwick, Leamington Spa and Kenilworth.

Known for his people-first approach and hands-on leadership, Barney is passionate about delivering the highest standard of care while building a team that feels valued, supported and proud of the difference they make.
