Arif Master

Arif Master is a multi-store franchisee with Chaiiwala, currently operating three successful cafés across the estate, with a fourth site – a drive-thru location, currently in development. He opened his first store in Blackburn in 2017, having identified Chaiiwala early on as a brand with huge potential to grow across the UK’s evolving food and beverage landscape.

Prior to entering the world of franchising, Arif worked as an IT engineer at Next PLC, where he developed a strong foundation in systems thinking and operational efficiency – skills that now underpin both the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of his stores.

He was drawn to Chaiiwala not only for the quality of its offering, but for its vision: a culturally rich, modern brand that speaks to a broad customer base while retaining authenticity. Believing in its potential to become a household name, he invested early and has grown alongside the brand.
