Victoria Webber

Born in January 1988, Victoria graduated with honours from the University of Lincoln achieving a dual degree in Advertising and Business Management. She spent two years fighting to build a business career in Lincolnshire – in the midst of a recession – where a job opportunity was like gold dust. In March 2012, she had the opportunity to work for Bluebird Care Lincoln and by July 2013 she was a franchisee of Bluebird Care North East Lincolnshire.

Victoria is now a multi-unit franchisee with Bluebird Care Lincoln and South Lincolnshire and has established a close relationship with the NHS to deliver complex care to people in their own homes. To support this, she employed a Registered General Nurse (RGN), making her one of the first Bluebird Care franchises to employ one.

Victoria has driven innovation through technology and her franchise is one of the first franchisees in the UK to trial a medically-approved assisted technology device. Victoria has achieved a significant amount within the last five years, all of which contributed to her becoming a finalist at the Business Franchise Association awards in 2017.
