Since entering the hospitality sector in 2016, Tom has developed a wide breadth of knowledge and skills through leadership roles in Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Franchising and Strategy at major brands including itsu. In his current role as Partnerships Director for Burger King UK, he is responsible for developing corporate partnerships and growing the brand's franchise estate in the UK.
Burger King is looking to expand aggressively, with a target of 200 new openings across the UK by 2026, which they plan to achieve through new and existing franchise partnerships as well as company-owned stores.
