Simon Krystman, Crowdpatch, will be speaking in the Growing Your Own Business conference at The British and International Franchise Exhibition on 11/12 March at Olympia, London.
"I run a crowdfunding site, www.crowdpatch.co.uk, to help social entrepreneurs raise funds and utilise the time and expertise of the local philanthropic community. It's a free NO FEES site that is funded from my philanthropy. I'm working with MP's, industry bodies and other crowdfunding platforms to bring positive IMPACT to communities, whether that's creating jobs, funding SME's or enabling social impact.
I'm also involved in crowdfunding 3D printers into schools, www.youinvent.co, so that our children can gain access to this technology without having to rely on government or grant funding."
