For many years Shane ran a business which operated a number of convenience stores, food outlets and Petrol Filling Stations. The business grew to over 70 operating locations with revenues of over £250m operating various brands including Subway, Costa and Gregg's.
The focus for the business was to improve the forecourt and roadside offering and to provide modern branded facilities for our customers. The business was sold in late 2018 and Shane now operates an investment vehicle, SilverClock Capital, which focuses on European and US Tech, Healthcare as well the F&B sector.
The Love Corn brand, a fast-growing Gluten Free, GMO Free and vegan snacking brand is an example of a SilverClock Capital investment within the F&B sector. The business is actively seeking opportunities in all areas of our specialities with a focus to find great branded F&B brands and consider scalable opportunities withing the QSR and Coffee space.
