Phil Gaffer has been Franchise Sales and Business Development Manager at Papa John’s UK for more than two years and is responsible for franchisee recruitment as Papa John’s continues to expand throughout the UK.
Phil is a franchise sector expert with a proven background in franchise recruitment, business development and operational management. Almost 20 years’ experience in franchising ensures he is well-placed to guide new Papa John’s franchisees through the recruitment and comprehensive training process.
Previously, Phil has been a board member of the bfa and has held senior positions at franchise organisations including: Premier Sports Ltd where he was instrumental in the recruitment of Premier Sport franchisees for four years.
