I am the Managing Director and founder of The Avertec Group. In my early career, I studied and qualified in the field of law but left to pursue my financial and life goals in the exciting field of entrepreneurship and business.
I have a very keen interest in charitable work and, through our many business networks, we have helped arrange many events to support charities such as NSPCC, St Mungo’s and O2 Think Big.
I currently have a varied portfolio with business interests in:
1. The Telecommunications sector - O2 franchise
2. The Health & fitness sector - Snap Fitness franchise
3. The property sector - Investment and developments
4. The Care sector - Care homes
In 2007, I became an O2 franchisee and I opened my first store in East London. Since then, we have grown through acquisitions and organic growth to become one of the largest O2 franchise operators in the UK. We operate a robust multi-site retail operation, with a London based call centre and a B2B team, which supports all our UK wide retail stores. Our growth has been best in class and I am very proud to say that as a business we won the Best Franchise Award at the Mobile Industry Awards in both 2016 and 2017.
We have also started a new franchise venture with Snap Fitness. We currently have three gyms trading and have huge plans to become one of their largest franchisees by developing an extensive number of gyms up and down the country within the next five years.
I am happily married with four beautiful children. I have a passion for travelling and a budding interest in photography, which is a great way to experience new countries and new cultures. I also love football and am an avid Spurs fan.
