Previously a Chartered Accountant, Euan Fraser founded AMO Consulting in 2000 and has spent the last 19 years developing his passion for franchising.
Based in the UK, AMO specialises in advising local and international businesses on how to start up a franchise, how to grow their network and (when the time comes) how to franchise internationally. Its main goal is to help businesses become profitable and sustainable through franchising.
Euan’s clients range from small businesses – such as Metro Rod, The Kitchen Depot, and GoCruise – through to national brands including Simply Foods and Thorntons and multi-national brands such as Danone, Michelin, Ralph Lauren and Yankee Candle.
He is an active member of the British Franchise Association (and its committees and sits on the expert panel assessing candidates for the QFP award. Euan has been a judge of the bfa’s annual Franchisor of the Year Awards on a number of occasions.
