Dawn has extensive knowledge and understanding after previously working as an in-house public relations professional at Northumbria University before using her communications skills to create, run and promote her own retail business. Her love for teaching craft workshops lead her to Newcastle College where she became a Qualified Teacher in Learning and Skills whilst teaching Business Enterprise and Communications on their BTEC programmes.
Dawn is a qualified Chartered Public Relations Practitioner.
