Managing Director at Full House Restaurants - Domino's and Snap Fitness

Bradley began working for his father in 1996 at a branch of Domino's pizza in Teddington, South West London, that he had bought in late 1995.

At first, he was a part-time driver but, after contracting the Domino’s bug and liking the feel of working for the family, he quit his job and started working full-time as the Assistant Manager and then the Store Manager.

He had 2 stores operating at this stage and opened a 3rd in 1998, followed by an acquisition of 4 stores in Surrey and Sussex. At this stage he left his role as Store Manager and became the companies de-facto Area Manager.

He continued to grow via both acquisition and new store openings to 14 stores, all in the South of England, until 2012. At this stage, due to a lack of growth opportunities, he purchased a group of 7 stores in the North West of England. With 21 stores he implemented Area Manager’s and Brand Standard Manager’s and became the company’s Operations Director.

Fast forward to today, Full House Restaurants now operate 46 stores through some more acquisition’s and a lot more new store openings! They now have an Operations Director and Bradley is the Managing Director.

His father is still involved in the business as Chairman and has taken them into the Snap Fitness 24/7 gym franchise, of which they have 2 gyms open and operating.

Bradley Shedden will be speaking at the Multi-unit Franchise Conference on Friday 5 October. View the full programme here.
