Bobby Sidhu

As a Business Studies graduate, Bobby worked in Project Management for five years to gain experience in industry and commerce before opening and operating his first Pizza Hut Delivery store, as the brand started to franchise in the UK.
 
With Pizza Hut new to franchising in the UK, it was a steep learning curve for both franchisor and franchisees and Bobby spent over 11 years partnering with Pizza Hut on the Franchise & Marketing Councils. He worked with experienced franchisees and YUM leaders and gained invaluable experience in all aspects of franchising but perhaps most importantly about the challenges of transitioning from a single unit, owner-operated franchise business, to running an award winning, multi-unit franchise business.
 
Bobby went on to join Starbucks as a franchise partner as they rolled out franchising in the UK and moved into multi-unit, multi-brand franchising for several years before selling his Pizza Hut business. He currently operates 9 Starbucks stores and is actively exploring growth opportunities with other franchise brands, to sit alongside his Starbucks business.
