Your Move Sutton-on-Sea changes hands in franchise resale

Your Move Franchising has completed the resale of the Your Move Sutton-on-Sea franchise to local agents Reece Brant and Robert Foster, following the retirement of previous owner Ian McCarthy. The branch will now trade under the Your Move Sutton-on-Sea name, with the new owners continuing its local, community-focused approach.

Reece and Robert said their decision to join the franchise was driven by the brand strength, systems and standards of Your Move, alongside their desire to keep the business rooted in the local area. Existing team member Sarah Fox will remain in place during the transition, with Emily Brant also joining the branch. The pair also plan to introduce a lettings arm when the timing is right.
