X-Press Legal Services is celebrating ‘Great British Franchisee’, Linda Mannion!

Leading property search franchise, X-Press Legal Services is delighted to announce that Linda Mannion, owner of X-Press Legal Services Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire and Swindon, has been recognised in the ‘Great British Franchisee’ awards.

The awards recognise outstanding franchisees across the UK who demonstrate excellence in all areas of their business. Factors taken into consideration

include franchisee stability and business experience, driving business growth, retaining staff, customer satisfaction, community involvement, inspired leadership and involvement with their franchise network. 

Linda consistently goes above and beyond, not only to help boost the success and growth of her own business, but to help the X-Press network more widely. Linda sits on the franchisee peer board, helping to inform decisions made for the X-Press network and acts as a representative for other franchisees. 

She has been running her franchise for 15 years, joining the X-Press network not long after the company launched as a franchise, and manages a team of 7 staff members. Linda and her team are always there to support the local conveyancing market, especially throughout the recent Stamp Duty Holiday where Linda outsourced a member of her team to the local land charges department, helping them to catch up on a huge backlog in search turnaround times. 

Linda comments: “I am delighted to have been named as a ‘Great British Franchisee’ for the success I have achieved with my X-Press franchise. We recently completed our busiest ever year which was wonderful, my team and I are dedicated to supporting our conveyancing clients in any way we can. 

“I’ve been part of X-Press for 15 years, I don’t know where the time has gone, but I do know that it has been a wonderful experience. I have seen my son follow me into the business and he now runs his own X-Press office which makes me immensely proud.
