X-Press continues to innovate its product offering

X-Press Legal Services has recently partnered with two leading conveyancing technology providers: Armalytix and National Land Information Service (NLIS). Partnering with Armalytix brings a new ‘source of funds’ technology to the X-Press online ordering platform, enabling conveyancers to benefit from a new service providing access to regularly updated data at all points of the transaction including a free refresh, and to monitor for any changes.

Within the conveyancing sector, having a thorough understanding of the source of a client’s funds is a crucial part of complete due diligence and anti-money laundering practices.

The new NLIS licence gives franchisees direct access to authoritative conveyancing search data, from every local authority in England and Wales, the Coal Authority and HM Land Registry. The government approved and regulated electronic land and property searches portal is the only one if its kind in the property searches market.

Lynne Lister, Managing Director of X-Press Legal Services commented: “Keeping our online ordering system updated with the newest, most innovative products allows our franchise network to provide the best support to their conveyancing clients. We aim to be a one-stop-shop for conveyancers, pairing our high quality product range with our dedication to customer service, really becoming a trusted port of call for our clients.”

X-Press is committed to providing the best services to their clients, ensuring compliance and the security of data – which is essential to providing great service. The X-Press Head Office team continually supports the franchise network, helping them grow their businesses and become the one-stop-shop for conveyancing needs.
