Tooth Club wins Best Company Culture at BizX 2026

Tooth Club has been named Best Company Culture at BizX 2026, recognised for building a high-performing environment where ambitious growth and genuine people development go hand in hand, which has been a real standout in the UK dental sector.
Delivered by ActionCOACH, held at ICC Wales and hosted by broadcasting legend Kirsty Gallacher, the BizX awards are a highlight of the UK business calendar, celebrating organisations leading with clarity, purpose and results. The Best Company Culture award recognises businesses where values are lived day to day and directly shape performance, ultimately delivering more for their customers – in this case in the dentist’s chair!
Founded in 2020, Tooth Club set out to rethink the dental experience by replacing clinical, impersonal environments with something warmer and more human. As the business has scaled, the same thinking has shaped how the team operates behind the scenes. What started as the simple idea of making dentistry feel less intimidating has evolved into a fast-growing brand with a distinct identity.
Growth hasn’t come by chance. Working alongside Action Coach James Vincent, Tooth Club, led by founder Kunal Thakker, has built a clear framework for performance, combining high expectations with strong support and creating an environment where people are pushed to improve while feeling valued and included.
Judges highlighted the strength of this approach, pointing to clear evidence of internal alignment driving success. The result is a business where team experience and commercial performance move forward together.
For Kunal, getting the environment right is essential:
“Aligned teams always go further and faster than anyone else,” added James Vincent, a high-performance coach who has supported elite sportspeople and business owners over the last 20 years. “That has been crucial in the pace of growth. The thing that has enabled this above anything else is without question… culture.
“Imagine waking up every day actually wanting to go to work. Because you’re part of something great, it’s fun and it gets the best out of you. That’s the culture Tooth Club have created – a place people want to be and want to achieve.”
As Tooth Club has continued to expand, maintaining this foundation has remained a key focus. “It’s easy to lose what makes you special when you open more locations,” said Kunal. “We’ve worked really hard to protect it, so winning this award is a huge moment for the team because it reflects what happens behind the scenes every single day.”
For Julie Wagstaff, Managing Director at ActionCOACH UK, Tooth Club’s win was a clear standout in a highly competitive category:
