Signs Express – A winning franchise

Massive congratulations to Lee Eaton, owner of Signs Express (Manchester), who won the BFA’s B2B Franchisee of the Year Award at the awards ceremony on October 1st.

Lee has worked tirelessly since he became the sole franchisee in 2012 after his father retired from the business. In the intervening time, Lee has managed to expand his client base to include some extremely prestigious companies like Team Sky, Brentwood and British Cycling – in doing so, the centre has experienced 25% growth and a dramatic increase in operating profits.

The award Lee has received recognises the services that Signs Express (Manchester) offer to the B2B sector. The judges spent months searching for a franchisee who could demonstrate how they have leveraged upon existing client relationships and in-house expertise to create a profitable business that delivers high-quality service, products and savings to their clients and therefore contributing to the wider good of their franchise network.

Lee was quite rightly thrilled with the announcement of his win, “It is brilliant to have the dedication of my team and my own hard work recognised. “This year I have strived to broaden our horizons and fine-tuned our production and customer service processes, as well as developing existing client relationships and creating firm bonds with them. In turn, this has led to further work, as well as seven new major clients coming to us for our expertise. It is great to know that organisations like the BFA recognise the hard work that we put in.”

This new accolade has been awarded a year after Lee was presented with the Franchisee of the Year Award at the Signs Express Convention. Hopefully, these are just an indicator of the great things to come from Signs Express (Manchester) as Lee strives to take the business to new heights of excellence in 2016 and beyond.

Signs Express (Manchester) is just one of the branches that makes up the Signs Express network of over 60 production centres. With a range of purchase options and prosperous locations still available to be snapped up, Signs Express can offer its potential franchisees choices to suit them and the support to build a successful business like Lee.
