Sarah & Jamie’s Franchise Journey: Celebrating 5-Year Renewal

At the end of 2024, Jamie and Sarah Golding renewed their Franchise Agreement with Concept Claim Solutions for another five years. The couple have recently shared their insights on their journey & the motivations behind their commitment to this successful partnership in a recent review.

Reflecting on their experiences since joining the franchise, Sarah said:

Jamie added, “We enjoy having the autonomy of running our own business and being our own bosses, as well as the benefits of being part of a nationwide network. This includes receiving more leads & gaining increased knowledge on how to operate successfully, allowing us to provide the best experience for our customers.”

Jamie and Sarah have many achievements to celebrate!

“We’re particularly proud of starting a business and growing it with increased turnover and profit year after year!” Jamie shared.

Other milestones include negotiating significantly higher settlement offers for clients, expertly managing renovation projects & building a strong social media presence.

It’s not always been easy!

They have occasionally faced challenges in understanding the evolving FCA regulations.

“One of the reasons for renewing is that Concept, as our Principal Firm, assists us in navigating these updates. This ensures that we operate within the FCA’s guidelines & that our customers are treated fairly by their insurance companies” Sarah said.

Community engagement has also been a significant aspect of their business ethos. They plan to continue their charitable efforts by making donations every Christmas & participating in local fundraising events, such as those organised by the Oxford Business Pillar.

“We have supported Peeple, an Oxford charity that helps young families & children with their learning and development. Additionally, we have made donations to the Nasio Trust, which supports orphaned children in Kenya.” Sarah shared.

As Sarah and Jamie look to the future, they have a clear vision for growth:

“We would like to take on more work and eventually expand our company to meet the demands of a larger workload” Jamie explained.

Their strategy involves delivering exceptional service to referral partners, maintain flexibility in their coverage area, and actively exploring additional ways to generate leads within their local community.

As they embark on this next chapter, their focus on stability, charity & strong relationships sets a remarkable precedent for aspiring franchisees. Together with Sarah and Jamie, we look forward to achieving new heights and creating lasting memories in the years to come!
