Why it matters

Our franchise partners project-manage property damage insurance claims, supporting customers who have suffered storm damage, flooding, fire, and other major property-related disasters.

As these situations are often highly stressful for those affected, it is essential that our franchise partners and teams are equipped to provide both professional guidance and compassionate support throughout the claims process.

Being a Franchise Well Accredited brand means we’ve met clear, practical standards that support the mental health and wellbeing of everyone in our franchise network, from our head office team to our franchisees.
