Investors in People CEO visit Kare Plus

Kare Plus team

Following its recent recognition and commitment to people management, Kare Plus was recently visited by Investors in People CEO, Paul Devoy to present the award, meet the team and discuss ongoing projects and commitments to the programme.

The UK’s most established multi-service healthcare franchise was awarded Investors in People status earlier this year following an ongoing commitment to high performance through good people management.

One of the few organisations to achieve Investors in People status on its first submission, Kare Plus was awarded the accreditation following a performance measurement criteria which included assessments, staff interviews and a review of key procedures – where above average results achieved in many areas.

We are so proud to achieve the Investors in People accreditation”, Kare Plus’ Director of Operations, Dominic Rothwell explained.

We are delighted to support an invest in our workforce and, now we have achieved this recognition, we will be working with IIP to further develop our systems and procedures that allow our team to enhance their skills, improve results and reap the rewards of their hard work, which in turn will help Kare Plus to grow.

Looking ahead, Kare Plus plans to implement further CPD opportunities and a more structured reward programme. We will now provide support for individual franchise owners to achieve their own IIP recognition; which in turn will help them grow their businesses, recruit and retain more staff and increase brand awareness.

Investors in People CEO, Paul Devoy said: “We’d like to congratulate Kare Plus. Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. Kare Plus should be extremely proud of their achievement.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.

Kare Plus’ accreditation demonstrates its commitment to investing and developing its committed workforce, and sets the standard for its franchise operations.
