HomeXperts & HSBC agree new lending terms

HomeXperts & HSBC

HomeXperts are pleased to announce that they have agreed new lending terms with HSBC. HomeXperts are always looking to establish the best support they can for their franchisees, including helping them to compete financially. HomeXperts believe that an individual’s personal financial situation should not hold them back from achieving their dreams. For this reason, HomeXperts established key relationships with all the major high street banks, including HSBC to make eligible up to 70% funding for the initial Franchise Fee and first year’s running costs.

The innovative HomeXperts model enables franchisees to deliver a personal agency service working from home or a small office space, eradicating the expensive monthly costs of a high street store.

Many of their franchisees had little to no previous experience in estate and letting agency before joining HomeXperts. By working hard and following the proven franchise model, HomeXperts top-earning franchisees join the HomeXperts Altitude Club by earning more than £25,000 in in¬voiced commissions in a month.

Sussanne Chambers, HomeXperts Founder and Managing Director, commented, “I am delighted that HSBC have increased the lending facilities for HomeXperts franchisees from 50% to 70% of the franchise fee and first year’s running costs. This decision clearly demonstrates the confidence that HSBC have in the HomeXperts franchise model. This makes the HomeXperts estate agency franchise more accessible to a wider group of people, with franchise fees starting at £9,995 plus VAT.

People who have access to funds of £7,500 can now join HomeXperts. Secure your financial future by starting up and establishing a successful and profitable estate and letting agency with our forward-thinking franchise model.”
HSBC’s Daniel Kerrigan states, “I am happy to confirm we will be opening lending of 70% to future HomeXperts franchisees. We look forward to working closely with the HomeXperts Central Support Office Team and their future franchisees.”
