énergie Fitness Gym Opens in Homerton

On Thursday 6th June, énergie Franchisees, James West and Richard Woodman celebrated the launch of their brand-new gym in Homerton, before opening for business the next morning.

The new 6000sqft énergie Fitness gym is located on Digby Road in Homerton, with great access from nearby Homerton Train Station.

A key feature of the gym is thé YARD, our signature training concept which is designed with brick-style walls, astro flooring and a range of functional training equipment to encourage members to try high-intensity training with MYZONE heart-rate monitors for tracking and performance. This training zone also hosts the club’s signature énergie BLAST classes.

The club’s YARD classes are accessible via a WOW! membership offering, alongside a discounted MyZone effort tracker, reciprocal club access, Precor Preva fitness tracking and more.

The club also offers the following for both WOW! and Classic members:

  • Cardiovascular equipment
  • Resistance equipment
  • Free weights
  • Functional zone
  • Classic classes (including Personal Trainers)
