Edward Rose Property Group expands with Devon Rose acquisition

Edward Rose Property Group has continued its growth with the acquisition of Devon Rose in Dawlish, marking its fifth lettings acquisition in the past 12 months. The business, already operating in Newton Abbot, Torquay and Plymouth, now adds a portfolio of around 560 landlords, including 360 fully managed properties, giving it a strong platform for further growth in the South West.

Existing team members Lorna, Elaine and Vicky will remain in place to ensure continuity for landlords and tenants. David Vertannes said the acquisition reflects both the strength of the local business and the support of the wider Your Move network, while Your Move Franchising highlighted the deal as a strong example of structured, sustainable growth through its Assisted Acquisitions team.
