Caremark Holds Another Successful Franchise Training Course

The end of last week saw the successful completion of another Caremark initial franchisee training course, with more new business owners undergoing the intensive residential course, prior to applying for registration with the Care Quality Commission.

The franchise training course is designed to comprehensively cover the delivery of the service and all aspects of business development, equipping new franchisees to start their new business once registration with the Care Quality Commission has been achieved.

All new business owners have to complete the entire two week’s training and successfully pass the final examination. For some professionals this may be the first kind of serious study they have undertaken since University days.

To facilitate optimum learning, training is tailored to suit all types of learners ensuring a thorough grounding is given in all subjects. At the end of the course there is a two hour examination which all franchisees must pass before being awarded their final certificate.

Caremark’s franchise training courses are held every two months with the next course scheduled for February when more new business owners will be welcomed to the growing national network.

Caremark, the national home care franchisor has a network of franchisees throughout the UK delivering bespoke care and support services to people in their own homes, enabling them to continue living safely and independently.
