BFA’s Leadership in Action Event Returns for 2025 with Fresh Insights and Empowering Workshops

Following on from last year’s inaugural event, the BFA (British Franchise Association) is holding their second Leadership in Action event in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, on 27th March 2025. The event is open to both members and non-members of the BFA.

Team Academy, who have trained over 180,000 people and are one of the UK’s foremost training providers, are returning for a second time to deliver the training package for the BFA.

At the event, attendees will be divided into small groups where they will be taught techniques and insights to enhance their leadership skills, with a specific focus on mindset development, coaching and change management.

“After the very positive feedback we received from delegates following last year’s event, we are absolutely delighted to be working with Team Academy again for our second ‘Leadership in Action’.”
Pip Wilkins QFP CEO BFA
“As well as welcoming back attendees from last year, with a completely new and updated programme, we’d also like to invite the leaders of tomorrow, to encourage them to connect with today’s leaders and forge lasting relationships that will shape future generations of the franchising sector.”

Sam Willoughby from What’s on 4 Kids wrote this testimonial after the 2024 event: “Team Academy maintained my energy all day!  A very safe collaborative environment to share and learn together with a diverse range of people from different sectors.  Many very practical and accessible takeaways for me. Thank you!”

Wilkins concluded: “In my experience, the best performing franchises all have one thing in common, strong leaders, and as the association that sets the standards for franchising in the UK, we want to provide our members with the best training available, to help them run successful, ethical and professional franchises. We look forward to welcoming everyone to the event in March, in the firm knowledge that they will end the day inspired, empowered and better equipped to drive rapid and meaningful change within their organisations.” Tickets are available to members and non-members via the BFA website.
