Become a management franchisee – no experience required!

If you’re looking to invest in more of a managerial or professional business, then there are a wide of franchises that might suit you. In a management franchise, you work on the business rather than in it – employing a team of people to carry out the service, while you work on growing your operation.

A business model that attracts people with leadership and executive experience, management franchises quite often won’t require that you have a background in that specific sector. Franchisors provide training and support, so as long as the candidate has the right qualities and is a good fit for the brand, it can be a match made in heaven!

The management franchise model serves a wide variety of different sectors from logistics to care, cleaning to education and security to B2B services. At this spring’s National Franchise Exhibition virtual, a panel of representatives from the management brands CaremarkCava Guard and Driver Hire, answered these and other questions:

• Who are management franchise brands looking for?
• What qualities do you need to run a management franchise?
• What sectors do management franchises operate in?
• What are the benefits of running a franchise in a management capacity?

Hosted by Nick Strong of socialHANDLER, “Taking on a management franchise – no experience required” is now ready to watch on-demand:
