‘B-Ewe-tiful’ business shows high-street is thriving
A Bexleyheath estate agency is celebrating a positive first six months in business which has already seen it make a bold impression across the local community.
Based at 294 Broadway in the town, EweMove Bexleyheath was launched in November 2017 and has already established a strong high street presence with its striking turf frontage, as a result seeing both its sales and lettings portfolios grow month-on-month.
James Hillier, one of the Branch Directors, explained: “We’re all experienced agents here at EweMove Bexleyheath, having grown a hugely successful and award-winning high street agency, Apex Residential, since 2003. We proudly built our reputation locally for delivering outstanding service, but after 14 years, we simply weren’t sure how to drive further growth of the existing business.”
The branch completed a full rebrand to the iconic EweMove pink and green signage and saw its indoor space freshened up with bright-coloured furnishings.
“Our decision to join the EweMove flock was made last year, and in just six months of trading, we’ve seen incredibly positive growth of both our sales and lettings portfolios which we think is massively helped by our eye-catching shop front complete with our own AstroTurf sheep pen outside!
