Commenting on the awards, Martin Jones, COO at Home Instead said:

“We are delighted to be one of the first recipients of the new Continuous Improvement Award, which demonstrates that we are an outstanding business which is consistently one of the best franchise operations in the UK.

“The Continuous Improvement and 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award are unique, as they are based on feedback from our franchisees and are only presented to a small number of franchisors that score above average results across every theme that is measured in the survey.

We are very proud of all our franchise owners, who work closely with national office staff to ensure that we continue to deliver the highest quality non-medical care for older people and also make a real difference in their local community at the same time.”
