Anna Fletcher named CEO of the Year at BizX 2026

Anna Fletcher, CEO of Heart Relocation, has been named CEO of the Year at BizX 2026, recognising her ability to lead a complex international business while building a culture rooted in trust, clarity and accountability.

The BizX awards, hosted by broadcasting legend Kirsty Gallacher at the ICC Wales, is part of a three-day conference, delivered by the world’s largest business coaching firm, ActionCOACH. This year it brought together more than 1,000 ambitious entrepreneurs and business leaders to learn, connect and recognise each other’s achievements.

Heart Relocation based in Uxbridge, West London, operates across multiple markets, supporting corporate and private clients with international moves – handling everything from logistics and housing to settling-in services.

For Anna, who moved to the UK 20 years ago from Poland with a dream to start her own business and make a difference, the award was entirely unexpected: “I’m incredibly proud of this because it really reflects what we’ve built as a team. Operating across different countries and with a variety of clients means there’s always a lot going on, so creating clarity and keeping everyone aligned has been key for us.”

Working with Action Coach Chris Churchman, Anna has focused on simplifying that complexity. Her leadership philosophy centres on trusting and empowering her team, brought to life through the ‘Never More Than 30’ initiative – a principle which has helped maintain focus, accountability and performance across the business.

“The Never More Than 30 idea was created to protect the service quality of our people,” explained Anna. “By ensuring no team member manages more than 30 live cases at once, we give them the space to be proactive, caring and fully present in their private lives. For me, leadership is about creating the conditions for people to thrive – and this award is a meaningful recognition of that approach.”

For Chris, coaching Anna has been a delight:

“What Anna’s achieved since we’ve worked together is genuinely impressive. When I first met Anna and her husband Robert, she was shy but determined to make an impact. This award proves what we’ve all seen develop – Anna is a superbly confident and inspirational business leader.”

Judges highlighted Anna’s ability to balance performance with people development, noting how her leadership is influencing standards across the wider relocation sector.

Julie Wagstaff, Managing Director of ActionCOACH UK, said:

“Anna represents a brilliant example of modern leadership. She’s operating in a demanding, fast-paced environment, yet has created a culture that feels grounded, supportive and high-performing at the same time. What really stood out is how intentional she’s been about developing her team. This kind of leadership doesn’t just drive results – it creates long-term, sustainable success. Anna’s win is very well-deserved.”
