This year’s speakers include Steve Wazny, whose career spans more than three decades of executive management and leadership. Wazny brings a wealth of experience, having opened and developed 28 restaurants and completed multiple company acquisitions. Currently,he operates 47 Jack in the Box franchise units in the Seattle, Washington region.

He is joined by Lavanya Gamsani, who has been a Subway franchisee since 2013. She will share the lessons she has learnt overseeing the growth of her Subway franchise portfolio from a single unit to multiple, as well as insights from her recent diversification into the care sector with a Radfield Home Care franchise.
