ActionCOACH franchise support team grows as network exceeds 150

Last week ActionCOACH welcomed experienced, bfa Qualified Franchise Professional, Jody Macmillan as UK Franchise Recruitment Manager. Jody’s franchise career started with Tax Assist in 2014 and her move to ActionCOACH further strengthens their recruitment team to meet the increasing numbers joining the franchise. Alongside her role in recruiting great candidates for the franchise, Jody will also be building relationships within the franchise industry and sharing ActionCOACH successes with colleagues across the world of franchising.

Julie Wagstaff, ActionCOACH’s UK Franchise Recruitment Director:

We’ve had such an uplift in enquiries for the franchise over the last two years, we wanted someone fantastic to join our team to keep the momentum going whilst building solid franchise relationships with our peers. Jody just fits the bill perfectly,”

Jody joins other recent recruits to the UK Support Team including Laura Thorburn, UK Marketing Manager and Phil Mowat and Tim Holmes, National Partnerships Manager. The UK support team now stands 50 strong with one of the most active global support teams of any franchise brand.

“I’m really looking forward to meeting ActionCOACH candidates and we’ll also be expanding our discovery day into a roadshow in the coming months so keep an eye out for dates as they are released online!”
