Anne joined McDonald’s as a franchisee ten years ago and now operates seven restaurants. She has won many accolades, including Franchisee of the Year Award in 2016.

She manages a 700-strong team and also regularly engages with the McDonald’s executive team on behalf
 of franchisees to help shape strategic business decisions for the brand.

Chris Palmer is Head of Development at Taco Bell UK and Europe, formerly of Creams Cafe, Harry Ramsden’s and John Lewis. 

His current mission is to build 40 new restaurants a year with his team and grow love for Taco Bell across the UK. He’s working with his franchise partners to build new assets and evolve restaurant design to unleash the power of the brand.

Gabriel opened his first Subway store in 2004. By 2012, the store count had increased to 12 and he expanded his franchise portfolio with a CeX. He went on to open 12 CeX stores in 5 years and has recently taken over a further 6 existing stores.

The group now operates over 30 sites and Gabriel has become one of the founding members of the CeX Franchise Council.
