Who we are looking for
If you are passionate about property, great with people, and believe in putting customers first through excellent service, we would love to talk to you. Previous experience in estate agency or lettings is preferred, but it is not essential — we can support you with recruiting a team with the right experience and help you build the business.
You will also need to be comfortable working within a regulated environment and prepared to learn the rules and responsibilities that come with running an estate agency business. As with any franchise opportunity, you will need the financial means to open a branch and invest in marketing to establish and grow your business.
