My name is Paul Trussler and I have been involved in the Engineering/Architectural sector for the best part of 16 years since graduating.
Although initially, it wasn’t entirely my aim to be in the industry since leaving school, it has certainly been provided me with a successful career full of ups and downs which has given me a wealth of experience from various roles Junior cad technician, project manager, estimator to development design manager.
This has spanned from Oxford, Birmingham, Bournemouth and now living in the heart of the Cotswolds.
Why did you join DWG Plans?
My reason for joining DWG Plans and investing into the franchise was that I have always been open to “being my own boss” but taking the plunge and finding a business which not only excited me but had the potential to grow.
After speaking with Paul Blay and the DWG Plans team it ticked the boxes and having spent a number of weeks/months discussing with Paul I decided to invest into the franchise.
Since this I have undertaken an in depth insight as to the day-to-day process in which Paul and the DWG Plans team do to make it such a successful company and it hasn’t disappointed into the high quality detail and precision Paul undertakes whilst keeping a friendly personality to the clients, in which I am looking forward to providing for my clients in the Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire & Warwickshire surrounding areas.

I’m Andrew Monk and passionate about creating beautiful and inspiring liveable spaces and helping you realise your vision.
With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, I am an expert in his field and have spent his time designing and building stylish homes.
With my extensive construction knowledge and experience, I provide professional computer-generated drawings that bring your ideas to life with stylish common sense.
I specialises in residential projects including new builds, existing and proposed elevation drawings, floor plans and roof plans for residential planning approval and building regulation drawings/working drawings for the actual build.
DWG Plans Cambridgeshire franchisee – Ziedune Kuskiene
I’m Ziedune and have been working in architecture since 2012, starting my career in Europe and focusing on designing both industrial and residential buildings.
In 2017, I relocated to the UK to continue my journey, working on a variety of projects across these sectors.
In 2024, I chose to focus on residential architecture, driven by a passion for helping people enhance their homes. After speaking with Paul Blay and learning more about his business, I was impressed by his approach and the high-quality work delivered through DWG Plans LTD.
This inspired me to join the team, as I believe I can add value to clients in Cambridgeshire by providing exceptional design solutions that transform their homes.
My work focuses on creating detailed drawings for home extensions and improvements, ensuring a smooth path to obtaining planning permission. I look forward to helping clients in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

After graduating from university and starting my career at Rolls-Royce, I’ve spent over 17 years specialising in the design and build of branded retail architecture.
My journey has taken me to roles with global brands in London and New York, but I was born, raised, and have spent much of my career in the East Midlands – a place I’m proud to call home. Supporting local people and businesses is something I genuinely value.
I offer a full range of drawing services across every stage of residential development. From initial surveys and idea generation to 2D floor plans and 3D visuals, I also support clients through the planning permission process and provide building regulations drawings.

I hold a Diploma in Architecture from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a master’s degree in European Urban Conservation from the University of Dundee, Scotland.
I’m passionate about transforming ideas into clear, planning-ready drawings that help clients bring their projects to life.
Whether it’s a home extension, loft conversion, or full renovation, I combine creativity with technical accuracy to deliver high-quality design solutions. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with multidisciplinary teams from a variety of cultural background and contributed to a wide range of residential projects, both small and complex.
