Darlish is a luxury ice cream brand known for its innovative flavour combinations, inspired by our founder Laura’s Middle Eastern heritage.
Over the last 7 years, we’ve built a loyal fanbase within affluent locations and are now opening the door to franchise partners ready to scoop success.
We specialise in Philadelphia-style ice cream — dense, creamy and indulgent with natural ingredients and flavours. We offer a broad menu, including vegan options and sorbets.
We’ve transformed traditional Middle Eastern flavours into own-made, award-winning treats, exclusively made by us for Darlish:
- Orange Blossom & Pistachio
- Sweet Cream & Sour Cherry
- Saffron, Rose & Pistachio
And our bestselling Baklava Ice Cream Sandwich

OUR LOCATIONS:
We are currently operating from parlours in Spitalfields (Liverpool Street, London), St Albans and Harpenden and we have a smaller counter service in Hatfield House. We also have an ice cream cart option for weddings, birthday parties and corporate events.
We have also, in the past, run temporary parlours in Covent Garden (Central London), in Selfridges and at Bicester Village and had our products on sale in Waitrose.
