Recognition Express launches franchise in Wolverhampton & Telford
After nearly 20 years in the gas industry, local man Ian Marshall is starting his own business, Recognition Express Wolverhampton & Telford, specialising in supplying printed products, such as badges, signs, mugs, pens, promotional products, clothing and much more, to businesses, schools and local authorities.
Ian is happy to be following the family tradition of being self employed and joins his brother, an agricultural contractor and his father, a builder. He said: “I have always wanted to work for myself and taking voluntary redundancy has given me the opportunity to take the leap now.”
Attending a British Franchising Association seminar helped Ian make his mind up to pursue franchising. After much research Ian decided that Recognition Express offers the best opportunity for growth and is well suited to his sales experience.
Ian adds: “Recognition Express is a well established Franchise, which offers such a wide range of products and there are so many possible markets and customers. That’s especially important in such a tough climate.”
“I have conducted a ‘marketing walkabout’, knocking on the doors of local businesses and I believe I can help these organisations promote themselves in a cost effective way.”
Nigel Toplis, Managing Director of Recognition Express said: “Recognition Express is in the business of helping companies in Wolverhampton and Telford area to promote themselves and keep their businesses competitive during this difficult economic climate. Ian is real go-getter and has a great rapport with customers. I have no doubt that he will be successful and he can rely on the support of our organization, which recently celebrated 30 yrs in business.”
