Grantham’s award winning pawnbroker

Cashbrokers, are delighted to announce Lynda Harris, Shop Manager at Cashbrokers, Grantham has won the prestigious Employee of the Year 2011 award from The National Pawnbrokers Association.
The NPA annual conference and awards ceremony were held at the Hilton Deansgate in Manchester on Friday October 14th 2011. With over 220 attendees from the Pawnbroking industry, the competition for Employee of the Year was tough. The judging panel remarked it was the hardest fought category with some outstanding nominations, so it was a difficult decision for the judges. Lynda Harris won their admiration for increasing the pledge book by nearly 100% over the past 12 months and for helping to train 9 new franchisees that have all now opened their stores and are operating successfully. She has shown exceptional dedication and drive and richly deserves this award.
Lynda commented “I am delighted to have won the award. I enjoy every aspect of my job and to be recognised within the industry for the work you do is such an honour. I am so grateful to Cashbrokers for giving me an opportunity to join the team; it is such a rewarding place to work”.

The NPA was established in 1892 and helps to promote pawnbroking best practice.
