Go Kart Party proves there is life in the North East.

So the London policy exchange has suggested that “people in north east should move south”, well Go Kart Party is proving that there is still life in places like Middlesbrough and Newcastle. In the last 4 months, the Go Kart Party franchise operation have appointed 3 new operators in an area which the think tank has described as being “beyond revival”.

Iain Docherty was the first to join back in May when he joined the children’s entertainment franchise covering the northern part of Newcastle and beyond. Working with his wife Sharon and young son Adam, the family have already made a major impact in the area attending many outdoor events and holding many parties in what is a wealth of leisure centres in the area.

Iain will soon be joined by Carol Olley and her family taking over in the south Newcastle area.  Carol is a very well known figure in UK fund raising circles and also holds the post of Project manager with the charity Transplant Sport UK. We would like to congratulate Carol on her recent fund raising run in London where Carol took part in a 10K run, so she is looking good for the Olympics in 2012! Andy Nelson and his family are set to become the new kids on the block this week when they collect equipment just in time for Andy’s own birthday on Thursday. Will he be holding a Go Kart Party for himself? “Well I just might”, said Andy, “if my mates can get time off work!” Andy will be covering the TS postcodes for Go Kart Party . Andy’s wife already runs a franchise business, so this is family who most definitely will not be moving south.

The new operators will bring the total number of Go Kart Party operators in the UK to 44. Sandra Clifton, sales director, welcomes the new operators and is delighted that Go Kart Party is playing its part in the revival of the north east and proving this multi million pound think tank wrong. It is unbelievable to think that educated people can make such suggestions, when clearly the north of the country has so much to offer with some of the hardest working people in the country living there.

Despite the strong growth, Go Kart Party still have many lucrative territories to roll out over the next 2 to 3 years, so if you fancy a business which is fun as well as rewarding then why not click here for more information on this exciting franchise.
