A Stafford-based entrepreneur has expanded his cleaning products franchise using a five-figure business loan from Lloyds TSB Commercial.
Chemex, an international hygiene solution company, provides chemical and biological cleaning products and systems to commercial sectors ranging from hospitality to healthcare.
Chris Lunn bought the Stafford Chemex franchise, trading in three territories; Stafford, Telford and Wolverhampton, four years ago. Last year he was the group’s fastest growing franchisee, with 51 per cent sales growth on the previous year.
Earlier this year Lloyds TSB Commercial provided him with a loan to purchase a licence fee to trade in Stoke-on-Trent.
He said: “A lot of businesses have endured a tough couple of years but my sales have increased. I’ve banked with Lloyds TSB Commercial from the outset as they understand the issues I face as a small business and have supported me throughout the whole process.”
