BCR ASSOCIATES GETS SOCIAL!

BCR Associates, the leading business cost reduction franchise is embracing the benefits of social media to support its business development strategy – both in terms of driving franchise recruitment and generating new clients.
The company now has a dedicated Online Marketing Co-ordinator - Sarah Revell - who is initially focusing on raising awareness of BCR Associates’ by improving its presence on business to business focussed social media forums such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
An internal training initiative to enhance BCR Associates’ staff and franchisees’ knowledge of social media has also been launched, which provides practical guidance on how to optimise a LinkedIn profile / launch a Twitter account. Staff based at the Exeter head office and franchisees operating under the BCR Associates brand, are already reporting a positive response to the training as a cost effective and highly efficient route to making contact with potential new business targets and improving client relationships. Since the launch of the social media training in December 2011, BCR Associates has witnessed an impressive 400% increase in its Twitter following.
