Printwell Customer 'A' gathers new business using variable data printing for their marketing campaign 'Goodies Galore'.
Customer ‘A' used variable data printing to encourage existing and prospective customers to view and buy from our portfolio of promotional items. The campaign was successful with a 35 per cent response rate.


The objective: create awareness and showcase the promotional items portfolio. Each year customer 'A' initiates a lead-generating marketing campaign. The campaign consists of a minimum of three mailers delivered over an eight-week period, with a consistent theme using variable data.


At one time, 1,000 mailers are sent out, using personalisation throughout the text and changing images of promotional items available for each customer in line with purchasing data held on customers.


Of the 1,000 people mailed, there were 486 hits on the promotional item website and 350 enquiries.
