We have been cleaning chimneys in private homes, pubs and offices since 1895. Our franchisees sweep open fires, wood burning stoves, Jetmasters, Rayburns and Agas burning any type of fuel, so there is vast growth potential. 
Our service is a ‘need’ product rather than a ‘want’, as we help validate property insurance policies since regular chimney sweeping is a requirement of most policies (whether the policy holder knows this or not!).
We are the only bfa accredited franchise in our industry sector. Our pilot franchise sweeps 3,000 chimneys each year and approximately 70% of these are customers who have used our service previously. The business delivers £120,000pa in revenue from chimney cleaning and fitting cowls.
