Established in 2006, Supreme Home Care Ltd operates a successful domiciliary care operation in Shropshire which provides high quality and dependable home care for clients encouraging them to do as much as possible for themselves in order to maintain their independence and well-being, whilst providing the essential support they need.
Through a fully support franchising package, the Company is now offering franchisees the benefit of the owner’s experience and their formula for success. Franchisees will establish a Supreme Home Care service in their own area, gaining registration with 
the regulators (The Care Quality Commission) and then managing staff recruitment and training whilst marketing the service to both private clients and Local Authorities. Whilst Social Care experience is desirable, it is not essential. A desire to provide a consistent and high quality of care to clients in their own home is a necessary prerequisite for a successful franchisee.
Supreme Home Care is owned and run by Jacky Earnshaw and Sue Robson. Both with a nursing background and considerable NHS and Social Care Management experience, they lead the Franchise Support Team, personally undertaking the majority of training and support.
